He is a British Standard Institute Certified Lead Auditor with vast working experience in the areas of Envt, Quality Mgt Systems, Strategy & innovation. Debo holds a Harvard university certificate in strategy & innovation and a Harvard Business School certificate in disruptive strategy.

Environmental Consulting:

Debo has successfully executed & project managed Environmental studies for key players in the oil & gas, aviation as well as in the power sector. These include Brass LNG, Chevron, SHELL, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), National Independent Power Projects and Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria.

Quality Management Systems:

He has also worked with several SMEs across different sectors to effectively implement ISO 9001 standard & provide guidance towards international certification.

Capacity Development

Debo served for a few years as a faculty member of TENARIS Corporate University, where he lectured on a battery of business critical subjects - Negotiation Skills, Advanced Communications, People Development, Leading a Performance Driven Enterprise, Strategy & Systems, etc. Debo is in increasing demand as a coach to managers & senior executives. He has featured as speaker in a number of world-class conferences & workshops within & outside the continent. Debo is a published author of two Personal development books, "Home-made success" & more recently "#What's Really Stopping You".

Strategy Development & Innovation

Debo’s current interest is in strategy development for profit and non-profit organisation. He has successfully worked and continues to work with sector leading organisations to develop mid to long-term growth strategy. He also seats on the board of a few organisations from where he is able to influence their strategic outlook and business outcomes.
